Orange Marmalade

A homemade spread that’s perfect on toast or as a glaze.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oranges

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Slice oranges thinly and remove seeds.

  2. Combine oranges, sugar, and water in a saucepan.

  3. Simmer for 45 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add lemon juice and stir.

  5. Store in a jar and let cool before using.
