Orange Marmalade
A homemade spread that’s perfect on toast or as a glaze.
Ingredients:
4 oranges
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Slice oranges thinly and remove seeds.
Combine oranges, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
Simmer for 45 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Add lemon juice and stir.
Store in a jar and let cool before using.
