Orange & Fennel Salad
A fresh and vibrant salad with a Mediterranean twist.
Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Arrange orange slices, fennel, and red onion on a plate.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and pomegranate seeds.
Garnish with fresh mint and serve chilled.
