Orange & Fennel Salad

A fresh and vibrant salad with a Mediterranean twist.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced

  • 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Arrange orange slices, fennel, and red onion on a plate.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.

  3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and pomegranate seeds.

  4. Garnish with fresh mint and serve chilled.
