Orange & Almond Cake (Gluten-Free)

A moist and flavorful cake with whole oranges and ground almonds.

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole oranges (organic, washed)

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup honey or sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Boil the oranges whole for 40 minutes, then let them cool.

  2. Blend the oranges (with peel) into a smooth puree.

  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and baking powder. Mix in almond flour and orange puree.

  5. Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.

  6. Let cool before serving.
